Kartikeya Talreja is a Los Angeles based certified Ayurvedic Nutritionist, Digestive Health and Lifestyle Coach. His endeavour is to make people eat wholesome nourishing plant based food, in sync with their natural constitution, by natures rhythms and seasons to enhance well being and promote healing.
