Fit and Healthy and Such Good Food!

Episode 470, original air date March 9th, 2022, on Unity Online Radio. Listen now at UOR, on your favorite podcast app.

Champion bodybuilders and compassionate trainers Giacomo Marchese and Dani Taylor discuss fit vegan living for athletes and the rest of us. I don’t know about you, but having this conversation made me get more committed to showing up every day at the gym.

Vanita Rahman, MD, of the Barnard Medical Center, Washington DC, introduces her new — fabulous — cookbook, Simply Plant Based. It was fascinating to talk with a woman who is a busy mom and a board-certified doctor of internal medicine and who never thought of herself as a cook, much less a recipe developer, until committing to a whole foods plant-based lifestyle caused her to get creative in the kitchen.

More about our guests:

They are champion bodybuilders who reach the mainstream fitness world to promote a vegan diet and lifestyle.
