A mother and daughter grace today’s program: Suzy Welch and Eve Wetlaufer.
Suzy Welch is an author and TV journalist. Her book about deliberate, values-based decision-making, 10-10-10: A Life-Transforming Idea, was a New York Times best-seller, and WINNING, which she co-authored with her husband Jack Welch, is one of the best-selling business books of all time. Along with her popular weekly CNBC show, “Get to Work, With Suzy Welch,” Suzy is also a correspondent on the Today Show, with Kathie Lee and Hoda. She’s the mother of four children, a mediocre but determined runner, a dog fanatic, and member of the board of the Humane Society of the United States.

Eve Wetlaufer is a recent graduate of NYU’s Gallatin School with a minor in the Animal Studies Initiative and a concentration on the intersection of animal rights, environmental ethics, and spirituality. Eve works for the Corporate Social Responsibility team at Discovery Communications. She is a social justice activist compelled by justice, peace, and liberation for all beings. Eve also runs the social media platform @vegansofnewyorkcity, where she profiles the diverse and multifaceted vegans in the 5 boroughs.
