The Ethical Choices Program, brainchild of the forward-looking Lorena Mucke, trains vegan educators to take a carefully designed curriculum about the realities of animal agriculture into science, health, social studies and other high school classrooms. There are currently 60 certified Ethical Choices educators in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
