MSV Podcast Sept. 19, 2018: Plant Trainers Shoshana and Adam Chaim

Listen and download the Main Street Vegan Podcast on Unity Online Radio, or listen and subscribe on Stitcher or  Apple Podcasts.

I love to occasionally showcase someone who has had a revolutionary health turnaround, and that’s absolutely the case with the male half of today’s husband-and-wife guest team, Adam and Shoshana Chaim, The Plant Trainers. Hear Adam’s gripping story of regaining his health and how this prompted the Chaims, as a couple and a family, to devote their lives to carrying this vital message.

Adam and Shoshana Chaim are authors and the co-hosts of The Plant Trainers Podcast, helping people improve their quality of life through nutrition and fitness. They are both plant-based nutrition consultants and personal trainers coaching people through their online business. Shoshana helps stressed parents and families overwhelmed with physical and mental illness embrace a more holistic, planti-ful lifestyle in order to create more calmness and health in their life. Adam helps individuals with their nutrition as well as coaching endurance athletes to achieve their next goal. In order to help families teach their children more about food literacy so they can grow up leading healthier lives, they created the Yummy Foods Activity Book for Kids filled with fun puzzles and games that teach children about where food comes from, how it helps our bodies and to live a more compassionate, sustainable life. They live an active lifestyle with their two children and rescue cat in Toronto, Canada.

Blast from the past! If you like to hear from people who regained their health on a plant-based diet, check out the interview I did with Ruth Heidrick, octogenarian athlete who survived breast cancer back in the 1970s and remains cancer free.
