  1. Hi Victoria, I really enjoyed listening to Nava Atlas and have recently purchased her book full of colorful pages of recipes, the novel as well as familiar foods we grew up on with a twist of adding plant based proteins “meats”. Like you I love reading cookbooks .
    On the show you mentioned one of Nava’s books that included pages where one can insert recipes. Which book was that? Would love to buy it. Thanks for all the good work you do and conpassion you have for the animals.
