Chuck Carroll once weighed 420 pounds… And he’s just 5 feet 6 inches tall. His 10,000 calorie daily diet was sending him to an early grave, but instead of going 6-feet under he’s now living proof that change is possible after losing an astounding 280 pounds and keeping it off for more than 11 years. Chuck is also the host of the Physician’s Committee’s Exam Room Podcast.
