Peter Brandt is a litigator at the Humane Society of the United States where his work focuses on litigation aimed at protecting farm animals. He has taught farm animal law at Lewis & Clark Law school and was a fellow with Harvard Law School’s Animal Law and Policy Program. Before attending law school his writing on animal protection issues was published in the Los Angeles Times, the San Francisco Examiner, and Salon.
Jeremy Gray, better known in the community as Mr. EYG for continuous service to elevate his community and those around him, is an African American politician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Rep. Gray is currently in the role of Alabama State Representative of the 83rd District, where he serves on the Commerce and Small Business, Health, and Public Safety & Homeland Security committees. He was voted in by his peers as the Democratic Minority Whip in the House of Representatives. He was also appointed to the Alabama Statewide Health Coordinating Council and Innovate Alabama Commission by Governor Kay Ivey.
