Ken Spector is a principal of HappyCow.net, the world’s largest vegan/vegetarian restaurant and health food store guide. Ken has interviewed thousands of celebrities, business executives, and prominent vegans on camera for a variety of outlets including HappyCow. Ken represents HappyCow to the media, develops and implements marketing plans for the company, speaks around the world about vegan travel and tips, and creates videos about his travels. He co-authors each year the annual top ten vegan-friendly cities article on HappyCow which was recently published. He has been vegan for much of his life and lives a holistic, sustainable lifestyle. You are most likely to find him riding his bicycle around Los Angeles, California.

Tatiana Forero Puerta is the author of Yoga for the Wounded Heart (Lantern Books, 2018). Originally from Bogota, Colombia, she is a graduate of Stanford and New York universities. Tatiana has taught philosophy and yoga for a decade, including her post as an adjunct faculty member at New York University and the City University of New York. A columnist for New York Spirit, Park Slope Reader, and Elephant Journal, Tatiana is a recipient of the 2017 Pushcart Prize for poetry and a finalist for Blueshift Journal’s prize for writers of color. Her work has appeared in Able Muse, Moon River Review, Juked, JOY: Journal of Yoga, and elsewhere. Tatiana lives and teaches in NY.
