David Blatte‘s landmark book discusses not only the why and how of going vegan, but explores the mystery behind the refusal to do it by people who know this is the right thing to do and say so.
Lani Muelrath is 40-year vegan and animal activist, just returned from Africa where she and her husband were working with orphaned elephants. They themselves were displaced from their home when the 2018 “Camp Fire” destroyed Paradise, California, where they lived. A testament to taking life on life’s terms and living to benefit others, Lani put much of her indefatigable spirit into latest book, Mindfulness: Relax, De-stress, and Focus Your Mind for a Healthier, Happier You.
